• A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for any no-shows & cancellation within 48hours of scheduled appointment.

• If no-call\no-show and your card declines you will be blocked and banned from ever booking with us again.

• If you are currently using any products or medication prescribed by a medical its important to note that waxing isn’t recommended while the time of usage.

• Stop the usage of Retinol, Retin-A or any type of skin thinning acne products 2 weeks prior to your waxing appointment.
